- I am an Advanced Sommelier (Court of Master Sommeliers), live in the Paso Robles wine growing region, having also lived in Monterey and Santa Barbara counties. I enjoy the Central Coast very much and spend a great deal of time visiting wineries in the region. I have also worked with a couple of wineries in the area in hospitality and tasting room positions. I have a general business background in managing & consulting in hospitality related fields including restaurants, hotels and golf clubs. The name of my company is Next Course Enterprises.
